
Prayagraj, 13 Aug (HS): Before the start of the Shiva
Mahapuran Katha, a grand and divine Kalash Yatra was held in the city. A large
number of devotees enthusiastically participated in this procession, filled
with faith, belief, and devotion. Devotees carried Kalash on their heads and
chanted praises of Lord Shiva.
The enthusiasm of the devotees was palpable throughout the
entire Yatra route. Flowers were showered from attractive archways erected at
various locations to give a grand welcome to the Kalash Yatra and revered
Acharya Santa Nand Ji Maharaj. Arrangements for cold water were also made at
various locations for the devotees.
During the Kalash Yatra, the entire atmosphere was filled
with Shiva. The faith and devotion of the devotees gave the event a grand and
divine feel. Giving information, media in-charge Pawan Srivastava said that
from August 14 to August 20, the program of making 11,000 earthen Shivlingas
and performing Rudrabhishek will be conducted free of cost every day from 8:00
am to 11:00 am in the presence of Pujya Acharya Ji.
