Bhubaneswar, 26 July (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Sunday paid heartfelt tributes to the brave soldiers who laid down their lives during the Kargil War, commemorating the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas.

In a social media post, the Chief Minister said that Kargil Vijay Diwas is not merely a remembrance of India's victory in the 1999 Kargil War, but a symbol of the Indian Army's indomitable courage, unparalleled valour, and supreme dedication to the motherland.

Paying homage to the martyrs of the Kargil conflict, Majhi offered his respectful tributes to the brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in defence of the nation. He also extended his salutations to the courageous armed forces personnel, acknowledging their unwavering commitment to safeguarding India's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
