Bhubaneswar, 02 July (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today paid rich tributes to eminent Odia litterateur, novelist, and cultural icon Kalindi Charan Panigrahi on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

In his message, the Chief Minister described Panigrahi as a distinguished creator of Odia literature whose imaginative thinking and timeless literary works continue to enrich the state’s cultural heritage. He highlighted Panigrahi’s significant and unforgettable contribution to Odia language and literature.
