Commission Chairman Dr. Prashant Kumar, former IPS (retired

Director General of Police, Uttar Pradesh), stated that a thorough review of

preparations has been conducted at all 955 examination centers across 60

districts. Examination-related arrangements have been completed at all centers.

All examination center rooms and critical areas have been covered with AI CCTV

and connected to the district control room and the Commission's Integrated

Control Command Room, equipped with state-of-the-art AI cameras. Connectivity of

all centers to the Commission's control room has been tested.

At the Commission level, one member, a retired IAS officer

and a retired IPS officer, has been designated as observers for each district.

They have already reviewed the arrangements after reaching their allotted

districts. As per government instructions, prohibitory orders will remain in

effect around the examination centers. District magistrates, senior police

officers, and their monitoring teams will regularly visit the examination

centers. The district administration is deploying adequate forces at the

centers. Various security agencies are keeping a close watch on suspicious and

anti-social elements.

The Chairman clarified that strict action will be taken

against any individual, institution, or person involved in cheating or

compromising the purity and confidentiality of the examination under the Uttar

Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. The use of

any electronic device, including mobile phones, by candidates at the

examination centers is strictly prohibited.

For the convenience of candidates participating in the

Teacher Eligibility Test, the district administration has made extensive

arrangements for arrival, stay, and departure. The government has also issued instructions

for adequate security and medical arrangements in case of emergencies.

The Chairman of the Commission, Dr. Prashant Kumar, has

appealed to all the candidates to reach the examination centres on time and

strictly follow the instructions printed in the admit card. As per the

instructions of the government, all necessary arrangements have been ensured at

the centres in their interest. He said that the candidates should not fall prey
