Ludhiana, 21 June (H.S.):

The Bharatiya Janata Party has now shifted its focus towards Punjab. In the

coming days, the party will carry forward its election-related activities from

Ludhiana. BJP National President Nitin Nabin, who reached Ludhiana on Sunday,

indicated this while inaugurating the party’s modern and grand office.

Nitin Nabin was given a grand welcome by party workers

on his arrival in Ludhiana. Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu, Punjab

BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon, Rajya Sabha MP Tarun Chugh and local BJP

leaders were also present on the occasion.

BJP workers welcomed Nitin Nabin with garlands, flower

petals and firecrackers. The atmosphere was filled with political enthusiasm. A

song carrying the slogan “BJP de naal nava Punjab, hun milega jawab” was also

played, and party workers raised slogans in support of the BJP.

Briefly interacting with the media, Nitin Nabin said

that strong enthusiasm for the BJP is visible among people across Punjab. He

said people are extending strong support to the party and that the BJP will

emerge stronger in Punjab in the coming days.

Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu claimed that the

people of Punjab have now made up their minds to bring the BJP to power in the

state. He said the enthusiasm of the people clearly indicates that the

atmosphere is building in favour of the BJP in Punjab.

Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon said that with

the support and love of the people, the BJP will form the government in Punjab.

He added that party workers are working with full dedication to strengthen the

organisation.

The Bharatiya Janata Party’s modern office, built over

1,100 square yards in Model Town D Block, was inaugurated by National President

Nitin Nabin. The four-storey grand building has well-equipped offices for party

office-bearers. It also includes a press conference hall and halls for workers’

meetings and conferences.

Keeping in mind the stay of party office-bearers, several facilities have

been provided in the office. Party leaders and workers believe that through

this office, the party will be able to speed up its activities further and that

this office will prove to be historic.
