Lucknow, April 19 (HS): CM Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Annapurna Devi

held a press conference in Lucknow on Sunday. During this, they discussed the

Nari Shakti Vandan Act and cornered the opposition. On this occasion, Union

Minister Annapurna Devi said that SP does the politics of appeasement. They

demand reservation for Muslim sisters, whereas our Constitution does not allow

reservation to anyone on the basis of religion. She said that on the day of

Nari Shakti Vandan Act, the opposition has dashed the expectations of women.

They made that day a black day. Women are continuously protesting against this.

In the times to come, women will teach the opposition a lesson with the power

of their vote also.

Annapurna Devi, Union Minister for Women and Child Development, is

aggressively supporting women-led development and governance in line with PM

Modi's vision, underlining the importance of the 33% Women's Reservation Bill

(Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam). She is committed to increasing women's

involvement in decision-making and assuring genuine influence, and she

frequently discusses these programs, notably Mission Vatsalya for children, in

her role as WCD Minister.
