(HS): Paying tributes to late Ajit Pawar, who was to present the budget, Chief
Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that a memorial suited to his personality will
be developed and an awrd in his name for urban services will be instituted.
Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar died in a plane crash in
Baramati on January 28.
While presenting
the budget Fadnavis recalled qualities of Pawar including strict discipline and
his vision for the developed Maharashtra. Pawar presented Maharashtra’s budget
11 times and was preparing for the current budget.
