24 March (HS): State Minister of Basic Education (Independent Charge) Sandeep

Singh, while conducting a detailed review of the progress and implementation of

departmental schemes with senior officials of the Basic Education Department

and Delight representatives at the Vidhan Sabha office, Lucknow, said that the

state government led by Yogi Adityanath is committed to providing inclusive and

quality education to every boy and girl. He said that the Yogi government is

providing better opportunities to students through continuous improvement and

innovation in the field of education. Concrete efforts are being made to make

girls' education safe, empowered and self-reliant, especially by promoting

them.

During the

review meeting, the Minister directed that by organizing a CSR Conclave for the

Basic Education Department, big companies should be linked to the schemes of

the department, so that through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR),

cooperation can be obtained in the construction of schools, establishment of

smart classrooms and development of infrastructure.

Minister

Sandeep Singh directed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan on key

points such as the upgrading of CM Composite Schools, Kasturba Gandhi Girls

Schools, skill development programs, and the establishment of smart classrooms.

He said that a new policy is also being worked on to simplify and make the

recognition process for private schools more transparent, so that the education

system can be made more organized and effective.

The

meeting also discussed the role of the education sector in achieving the goal

of reaching a trillion-dollar economy. It was informed that industry

collaboration with various institutions is being enhanced, and continuous

efforts are being made to encourage innovation and skill development in the

education sector.

Minister

Singh said that the aim of the Yogi government is not only to make education

accessible but also to make it quality oriented, technology-rich and employment

oriented, so that the students of the state can be prepared for competition at

the national and international level.

Additional

Chief Secretary Basic Education Parth Sarathi Sen Sharma, Director General of

Education Monica Rani and other departmental officers were present in the

meeting.
