Bhartiya Udyog Vyapaar Mandal (ABUVM) organized Holi Milan program on New Year,
Vikram Samvat, 2083 on Friday. The ABUVM members welcomed the Hindu New Year
with enthusiasm and fanfare. The New Year was ushered in with hymns and music.
Former
Mayor Abhilasha Gupta Nandi and Patron Mahamandaleshwar Kalyani Nand Giri were
present as the chief guests in the program organized at a hotel to celebrate
Hindu New Year. District President Lalu Mittal welcomed all the guests by
offering them Angavastram and garlanding them. Lalu Mittal said in his address
that this new year is starting with the change of seasons, in which summer
season ends and spring season arrives, old leaves fall from the trees and new
leaves grow in their place which make us aware of change. We must fulfill our
social responsibilities with new resolve, new energy, new consciousness, and
enthusiasm, while trading indigenous goods for the benefit of the national
society.
Chief
Guest Abhilasha Gupta wished the traders a Happy New Year and Holi, and prayed
for continued business growth, a bright future, and healthy, progressive
living. Patron Mahamandaleshwar Kalyani Nand Giri bestowed blessings on this
occasion by applying abir gulal tilak to the women. Gangapar President Rajendra
Kesharwani Pappu stated that this national festival is being celebrated
enthusiastically in every district across the state. Inspired by National
President Sandeep Bansal, we are offering our traders special discounts this
New Year. District Women's President Ratna Jaiswal applied abir gulal to all
the women. Everyone danced to Holi and New Year songs with Abhilasha Gupta
Nandi and Mahamandaleshwar Kalyani Nandgiri and celebrated the New Year with
great enthusiasm.

Vipin Gupta, senior vice president Ajay Awasthi, general secretary Ravi Sharma,
general secretary Ganga Par Rambabu Kesarwani, Meenu Gupta, Dr. Rashmi Shukla
