Jalgaon, 03 May (HS):

Maze and Jowar crops ready for harvesting in five acres of land was completely

burnt following a fire that broke out due to a short circuit in Shendurni in

Jalgaon. Laxman Daulat Gujar and Malanbai Laxman Gujar are the owners of the

farm.

The drip irrigation

system pipes installed by the farmers were also damaged in the fire.

Brahmane conducted the ‘Panchnama’. The farmers in the village have demanded

compensation from the government as soon as possible.
