Golaghat (Assam), 03 May (HS): The 2024-25 tourism year of Kaziranga National Park is now coming to an end. Under this, elephant safari has already been closed in Kaziranga. At the same time, jeep safari may also be closed from May 15. After this, tourists will not be able to visit the world heritage site Kaziranga from May 15.
However, despite the complete closure of the park, some areas will be kept open for tourists for a limited time. These include Panbari Protected Forest Area, Vishwanath Ka Panpur and Laukhuwa-Budhachapori.
Kaziranga National Park Director Sonali Ghosh gave information in this regard. She said that due to the muddy roads, jeep safari will have to be closed from May 15.
