Solapur, 11 Feb (HS):-The Department of Social Justice and Special

Assistance has invited nominations from registered social organisations and

social workers for the annual awards for the year 2023-24. The departments

given Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Samaj Bhushan Award, Sahityaratna Lokshahir Annabhau

Sathe Award; Padmashri Karmaveer Dadasaheb Gaikwad Award; Sant Ravidas Award;

Shahu, Phuley, Ambedkar Award; Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Samajik Nyay Award.

The notification, prescribed format for nomination and other conditions

can be seen on the department’s website http://sjsa.maharashtra.gov.i.

The works between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will be considered for

the award. The age limit for men and women are 50 years and 40 years

respectively, and should have worked the field of social work for at least ten

years.

The last

date for submission of the nomination form is February 15, 2025.
