21 Dec (HS): The police arrested four criminals, including three shooters,
involved in the most talked about Ayush Yadav murder case of Ballia district in
Uttar Pradesh, in an encounter during wee hours. One criminal involved in the
murder escaped. On December 13, Ayush Yadav was shot dead near his house in
Belthara Road of Ubhaon police station. Five youths were named in this
incident. The pressure on the police was increasing due to no arrest for a
week. Meanwhile, on Sunday morning, news came that out of the five accused
wanted in the murder of Ayush Yadav, Nitish Yadav, Ashish Yadav alias Satish
Yadav, Dilip Yadav alias Raka and Rahul Verma were arrested in a police
encounter.

(North) Dinesh Shukla said on Sunday morning that after receiving information,
in the encounter that took place near Chainpur on Madhuban road, all the four
arrested criminals were shot in their legs, while another criminal Anand Verma
has escaped. Police have recovered a Harrier and an Aura car, two-wheeler used
in the incident and illegal weapons from the possession of these accused. ASP
Dinesh Shukla said that the conspirators of Ayush's murder are Rohit Verma, Raj
Verma, Pawan Singh and Robin Singh. A named case has been registered against
them. Out of which Robin Singh has surrendered in Mau Kotwali a day before. ASP
said that among the arrested criminals Satish, Nitish and Dilip are shooters,
while Rahul Verma had done the recce of Ashish Yadav.
