Guwahati, 09 January (HS): The 300th birth anniversary of Lokmata Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, a worthy descendant of the Holkar dynasty, Punyashloka, the radiant queen, one of the great personalities who devoted his life to the protection of Indian culture and tradition, is being celebrated with great pomp this year across the country. On this occasion, a speech program is being organized by the North Assam Province of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on Saturday, January 11.

This program will be held at 3 pm at Sudarshanalaya in Barbari, Hengarabari of Guwahati. Alka Inamdare, All India Co-Sarkarivahika of Rashtriya Seva Samiti, will be present as the keynote speaker in the program. The organizing team has appealed to all sections to be present ten minutes before the program.
