Guwahati, 17 January (HS); Vidya Bharati Northeast Region organized Bhoomi Pujan for the Samutkarsh Mahashivir to be held at Sarusajai Stadium, Guwahati from 29 to 31 January 2025. On this occasion, NEDFI Chairman PVSLN Murthy, Vidya Bharati Northeast Region Minister Dr. Jagdindra Raichaudhuri, Regional Organization Secretary Dr. Pawan Tiwari and many other workers participated in the Yagya Anushthan.

Promotion Chief of Shishu Shiksha Samiti North Assam Region Mukuteshwar Goswami said that the Acharyas and Vatukas of Nilachal Veda Vidyapeeth, Kalipur performed the Bhoomi Pujan with Vedic chanting. The five Pranas of Vidya Bharati - students, Acharyas, alumni, parents and members of the management committee participated in the ceremony.

Regional Minister Dr. Jagdindra Raichaudhuri informed that five thousand students will participate in the Mahashivir. For the first time, the Panch Pran of Vidya Bharati will be a part of the Mahashivir. A two-day Northeast Folk Culture Festival, Alumni Meet and a huge Mother's Meet will also be organized in the program.
