Imphal, 16 May (HS): Manipur Police arrested three peddlers, including two women, with heroin powder. According to the information given by Manipur Police on Thursday, heroin in 13 soap boxes was recovered from the arrested smugglers.

The arrested smugglers have been identified as Rukhsana (25), Rabina alias Thambal (48) and Mohammad Sabir Khan (30), residents of Nambol Maibam Chingmang in Bishnupur district. A four-wheeler was also seized from them.
