Prayagraj, 9 April (HS): The one-day national seminar on “Recent advances in beekeeping” is going to be organized by Society of Biosciences, Department of Biological Sciences, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences, Prayagraj, in Collaboration with Uttar Pradesh Council of Agricultural Research, Lucknow and Council of Science & Technology, Lucknow, on Wednesday at University Auditorium, SHUATS.
Dr. Kamin Alexander (Organizing Secretory) told that the objective of the seminar is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of beekeeping, covering both fundamental principles and the latest advances, to promote sustainable beekeeping practices and maximize the impact on agriculture and ecosystems.
This seminar would serve as a beacon for bee enthusiasts, academicians, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers by providing a platform to explore the most recent developments in beekeeping methods, technologies and research findings. Seminar will have technical sessions involving invited speakers followed by poster presentations.
