NDA's Diptimayee Choudhary won election from Bangaigaon
Bangaigaon (Assam), 23 November (HS): Diptimayi Choudhary, candidate of NDA ally Assam Gana Parishad, won the election by 35,164 votes by getting 74,734 votes from Bangaigaon Assembly Constituency No. 32 of Assam. On the other hand, Congress candidat
Bangaigaon (Assam), 23 November (HS): Diptimayi Choudhary, candidate of NDA ally Assam Gana Parishad, won the election by 35,164 votes by getting 74,734 votes from Bangaigaon Assembly Constituency No. 32 of Assam. On the other hand, Congress candidate Brajenjit Singha lost the election by 35,164 votes by getting 39,570 votes.
Also, independent candidate Shailendra Sarkar lost the election by 61,353 votes by getting 13,381 votes. Whereas, 2,714 votes were cast on NOTA.
