Guwahati, 14 November (HS): Today is the second day of the three-day Northeast tour of Union Communications and Northeast Development Minister (DoNER) Jyotiraditya M Scindia. Scindia reached Itanagar late Wednesday evening. On reaching Itanagar, Scindia held a meeting with the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh and other senior officials of the state. During this visit, Scindia will visit Arunachal Pradesh as well as Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura and hold review meetings with the Chief Ministers of the states.

Scindia will attend the Tribal Pride Day program in Agartala. Later he will hold a review meeting with Tripura Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha.

During this visit, Scindia will visit Meghalaya, where he will participate in the Cherry Blossom Festival-2024 in Ri-Bhoi district.
