Lucknow, 08 July (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will

be visiting Varanasi and Chitrakoot on Wednesday. He will inaugurate and lay

the foundation stone for various projects there. CM Yogi shared this

information on X. He wrote, Today, from Kashi, the holy city of Baba Shri

Vishwanath Ji, and Chitrakoot, the austerity site of the most dignified man,

Lord Shri Ram, new resolutions for education, public welfare, and development

will gain new momentum.

Yogi wrote, 'In Varanasi, the 'Chief Minister Teacher

Cashless Medical Scheme' will be launched to provide health security to 12 lakh

teachers/non-teaching staff and their dependents, Rs 1,200 per student will be

transferred through DBT to the accounts of parents of 1.10 crore students, MoU

will be executed with State Bank of India for social security of 10 lakh

teachers and contractual employees and Principals-Headmasters of clean and

green schools selected at the national level will be honored.

Additionally, the inauguration and foundation stone laying

of 124 public welfare projects worth Rs 951 crore in the Chitrakoot and

Manikpur assembly constituencies will provide a new direction for regional

development. This coordination of teacher respect, student welfare, and

all-encompassing development is the hallmark of a 'developed Uttar Pradesh.'

Earlier, he will launch the Chief Minister Teachers

Cashless Medical Scheme in Varanasi and directed strict action against

fraudulent activities in the name of VIP darshan during the month of Sawan.

Chitrakoot Tour Main Attractions:

Gift: Inauguration of 49 projects worth Rs. 951 crore and

laying of foundation stone for 75

Programme: Will address a public meeting at Chitrakoot Inter

College ground and review law and order with administrative officials at the

Collectorate.

Traffic arrangements: Due to the arrival of the Chief

Minister, route diversion and no-entry has been implemented for heavy and

medium vehicles in the Kawardha city area.
