22 May (HS): Under the aegis of National Cadet Corps Group Headquarters
Prayagraj, the Combined Annual Training Camp–63 is being conducted by 16 UP
Battalion NCC Prayagraj from 20 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 at B.B.S. Vidya Mandir,
Kadilpur, Prayagraj. Cadets from various NCC units of Prayagraj Group are
actively participating in the camp with military discipline and enthusiasm.
On
the third day of the camp, Deputy Group Commander of NCC Group Prayagraj,
Colonel B.P. Dwivedi, inspected the camp and received the Quarter Guard salute.
During the inspection, he reviewed the training activities, discipline, and
overall camp administration, and also interacted with the cadets to understand
their training experiences.
Addressing
the cadets, Colonel Dwivedi stated that NCC is a powerful platform for
developing leadership qualities, patriotism, self-confidence, and a spirit of
service among the youth. He motivated the cadets to undergo training with
discipline, dedication, and a strong sense of duty. He also appreciated the
excellent arrangements, discipline, and effective conduct of training
activities, praising the efforts of 16 UP Battalion NCC Prayagraj.
On
this occasion, Camp Commandant Colonel Nishant Bariyar, Deputy Camp Commandant
Major Santosh Jaiswal, and Camp Subedar Major Sitaram were present. The camp
administration is continuously ensuring proper arrangements related to
accommodation, food, health, and security for all cadets.
