BSF Arrests Two Pakistani for Illegal Entering into India

Chandigarh, 22 May (H.S.): Border Security Force personnel achieved a major success along the India-Pakistan border by apprehending two Pakistani nationals who had allegedly entered Indian territory illegally along with their private vehicle. Both individuals are residents of Lahore and are currently being subjected to detailed interrogation by security agencies.

According to the information received, both Pakistani nationals were involved in supplying various goods to shops in the Kasur region of Pakistan. Reports suggest that they were travelling in their personal vehicle towards the border area and, either mistakenly or due to other reasons, crossed into Indian territory, where they were detained by BSF personnel deployed along the border.

The arrested individuals have been identified as Mohammad Saleem, son of Nazeer Ahmad, aged 60, a resident of Naster Colony, Ferozepur Road, Lahore, and Ameer Nawaz, son of Mohammad Nawaz, aged 40, a resident of Jasheen Town, Ghazi Road, Lahore.

Border Security Force informed Pakistan Rangers about the incident while standing at the zero line along the international border. At present, senior BSF officials in the Amritsar sector are conducting an in-depth interrogation of the two Pakistani nationals.

It has also come to light that both individuals entered Indian territory in their private vehicle. The BSF has taken the vehicle into custody along with the two men. Security agencies are thoroughly investigating every aspect of the case.
