Jammu, 09 March (H.S.): MLA Bahu, Ch. Vikram Randhawa here today started road blacktopping work in Digiana and the project is being executed at an estimated cost of Rs. 23 lakh.

The work was started in the presence of officials from PWD (R&B) Department, who assured that the project will be completed within the stipulated time maintaining quality standards.

Speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that development of every locality of Bahu Constituency is his top priority and no area will be left behind in terms of basic infrastructure.

He said that better roads are essential for smooth transportation and improving the quality of life of the residents.

Randhawa assured the people that he will continue to work tirelessly for the welfare of the public and will always remain available to address their genuine concerns.

The residents of Digiana expressed gratitude to the MLA for taking up this important work and fulfilling their long pending demand.
