Bhubaneswar, 09 March (H.S.)9: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi informed the State Assembly that a substantial number of key administrative positions are currently vacant in the Odisha Secretariat, in response to a question from MLA Saubhik Biswal.

According to the Chief Minister's reply, 105 Under Secretary positions and one Additional Secretary position are unfilled. Additionally, there are two Joint Secretary posts and two Deputy Secretary posts that remain vacant.

Moreover, several other important roles are also unoccupied, including four Desk Officer positions, 365 Section Officer positions, and 348 Assistant Section Officer positions.
