Lucknow/Noida,

27 March (HS): On Saturday, people flocked to Noida's Jewar in celebration of

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's opening of the state's most ambitious airport

development. Conch blowers from Kanpur, drummers and dancers from Mahoba, and

trumpet players from around Uttar Pradesh all contributed to the festive

atmosphere at the location. Many people arrived waving the national flag, with

others also holding BJP flags.

Chief

Minister Yogi Adityanath wrote on X, The developmental journey of the

'New Uttar Pradesh' within the 'New India' is poised to reach yet another

golden peak today. He went on to say, Today, our Honorable Prime

Minister, Narendra Modi, will perform the grand inauguration of the first phase

of the Noida International Airport at Jewar.

Adityanath

stated that the airport will act as a runway for the growth of Uttar Pradesh.

From here,

the youth's dreams will take flight, opportunities will be realized, and the

future will fly to new heights. Special congratulations go to our farming

brothers and sisters who helped bring this historic initiative to reality; this

progress would not have been possible without your efforts, according to the

chief minister.

Ramesh

Singh, 65, a farmer from Bhagwatpur in Jewar, stated, We are very happy

and grateful to Narendra Modi for giving us the Jewar airport. Humein to

jaise swarg mil gaya hai (It seems like we've been handed heaven)! he said. Sanjeev

Yadav, a 36-year-old private sector employee in Faridabad, believes the airport

would offer work chances for residents.

Satish, a

taxi driver, stated that the new airport will improve trip options. When we go

to the Delhi airport, it takes a long time owing to traffic, whereas here it

just takes 30-40 minutes.

Nandita

Gurjar, 45, a Ranera resident, believes the initiative would greatly help the

region. Women will no longer have to go outside to find work, she

remarked. Shreshta, a private college student, believes the airport would

attract national and international corporations while also improving local

infrastructure, services, and employment opportunities.
