Noida, 27 March
(HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, ...On behalf of
Uttar Pradesh's 25 crore people, I sincerely welcome and congratulate the Prime
Minister at this beautiful and warm event for pushing Uttar Pradesh's growth to
new heights via the Noida International Airport... We are witnessing a new
India. Jewar Airport will give Uttar Pradesh a new lease of life. Jewar Airport
is an example of development. The action plan developed under the Prime
Minister's leadership over the last 11-12 years is now visible to all of us. Prime Minister, during the previous 11-12
years, you have taken important measures to progress 'New India' towards the
aim of 'Developed India' in every field. The Noida International Airport is an
important aspect of this journey. The people of Uttar Pradesh are now
presenting the nation with a new orientation on the global aviation map,
fulfilling your goal... Parties such as the Congress and the Samajwadi Party
have left both the country and the state in a developmental stalemate due to
their ineptitude. Uttar Pradesh suffered from this humiliation and stagnation
from 2002 to 2017. However, due to the country's rapid progress over the
previous 12 years, and Uttar Pradesh's rapid development over the last nine
years, under our 'double-engine government,' we are breaking through those
obstacles and presenting the world with a new identity.”
“Yesterday,
on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, there was a buzz of festivity and
excitement throughout the country. The globe is currently in instability, a
state of anarchy, and uncertainty, with petroleum product prices rising
dramatically. Even in rich countries such as the United States and all of
India's surrounding countries, fuel costs are increasing, and there is a major
scarcity. There is a sense of turmoil... They are having to reduce their
operating hours and halt production. They have had to implement quota systems
for the public. But, on behalf of Uttar
Pradesh's 25 crore people, I extend my profound appreciation to you for
ensuring an uninterrupted supply of petroleum goods inside India, managing
prices, and making the historic decision to once again decrease the excise rate
on petroleum products yesterday,” he added.
Meanwhile,
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya said, Prime
Minister Modi's inauguration of Jewar Airport today is a proud, historic day,
both for the country and for Uttar Pradesh. The BJP is poised to win the 2027
elections for the third time, but development remains our primary goal. We want
to build a country where even a person wearing slippers can board an airplane,
and Jewar is a gift in this regard.
