In her message, the Chief Minister remembered Sarojini Naidu, saying her contribution to the country's freedom movement was invaluable and unforgettable. Her poems clearly echo patriotism, human compassion, and women's empowerment, which energized the freedom struggle.

Mamata Banerjee said that Sarojini Naidu's life and thoughts continue to be a source of inspiration for the countrymen, and her literature is a priceless treasure of Indian culture and consciousness.
