Prayagraj, 17 Aug (HS): On the

recommendation of former Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister and current MLA City

West Prayagraj Siddharth Nath Singh, a total of Rs. 3,67,09,000 (three crore

sixty six lakh nine thousand) has been approved from Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath ji's discretionary fund for the treatment of economically vulnerable

patients.

Year-specific information - 41

patients received support of Rs.73,02,700 between April 1, 2022 and March 31,

2023. From April 1, 2023 to March 31,

2024, Rs. 90,35,550 was provided to 39 patients. Between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, 67

patients received Rs. 15,01,0750 in support. Assistance

of Rs. 53,60,000 from 1

April 2025 to 15 August 2025, benefited 22 patients. This amount was given to

169 needy patients from 1 April 2022 till now, so that they could get

better treatment on time. Former Cabinet Minister and MLA Siddharth Nath Singh

said that due to the sensitivity of the Chief Minister and the commitment of

the government, poor and helpless patients are getting the benefit of health

services. Expressing his gratitude to the Chief Minister, he said that efforts

to provide help to every needy person will continue in future as well.
