Guwahati, 16 August (HS): A major road accident occurred at the tollgate in Dimoria under Kamrup Metropolitan district when a Hyundai Grand i10 lost control and crashed on the national highway.

The vehicle, bearing registration number AS-06WY-7203, was traveling from Guwahati towards Nagon at the time of the accident. Despite the car being severely damaged, the lone occupant in the driver’s seat miraculously survived.

Upon receiving information, a police team rushed to the spot and shifted the injured driver to a hospital for treatment.
