16 Aug (HS): Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel reached Ayodhya Dham on

Saturday on a personal visit and offered prayers at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi

temple. On this occasion, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust General

Secretary Champat Rai welcomed her at the Ram temple. She visited Kuber Tila of

Ram Janmabhoomi complex and performed Jalabhishek. The Governor's plane landed

at the helipad located at Ramkatha Park, from where the Governor's convoy

reached the Ram Janmabhoomi complex directly. Governor Anandiben Patel has come

to Ayodhya with her family. All senior officers including Commissioner, IG, DM

and SSP are present on the spot during the Governor's visit.
