Mumbai, 16 Aug (HS): Maharashtra Chief Minister

Devendra Fadnavis expressed confidence that the Bharatiya Janata Party will win the Mumbai Municipal Corporation elections. The indication has been given by the

people of Worli, he added.

Fadnavis was talking to media persons during the ‘Dahi

Handi’ event at Worli’s Jambori Maidan. Earlier Shiv Sena (UBT) was organising

the ‘Dahi Handi’ programme here. This year BJP organised it, and one can see the

response from people here, he said. The huge crowd at the programme is an

indication that the BJP will win the municipal polls in Mumbai.
