Guwahati, 16 August (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma paid homage to Thakur Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa on his Punyatithi.

Extending his tribute, the Chief Minister said that Thakur not only ignited the flame of Vedanta among Indians but also continues to remain a spiritual guide for crores of devotees across the world.

“On this solemn occasion, I bow to the great saint Thakur Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa. His teachings will forever guide humanity,” Sarma stated.
