(HS): On the 79th Independence Day, on Friday, the Varanasi district

administration organized various programs under the 'Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan'

at Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Krida Sankul located at Bada Lalpur. State Labour and

Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar, who was present as the chief guest in the

main program, after hoisting the flag, saluted the heroes who sacrificed their

lives for Mother India in the freedom struggle. The cabinet minister also

congratulated the brave soldiers who keep us safe by constantly standing on the

borders of the country. He reiterated the sentiment of Prime Minister Narendra

Modi that nation remains first. On this occasion, Anil Rajbhar said that Veer

Bhagat Singh was hanged at the age of just 23. This freedom has not been

achieved just like that, this freedom has been achieved after a lot of

struggle. It is the full responsibility of all of us to maintain it. He said

that the real salute to the brave sons will be when our country becomes

completely self-reliant. When the youth and farmers of the country will be

completely prosperous, then in the real sense it will be a true tribute to our

brave sons. Today India has become the fourth economy of the world, we have

left behind those who kept us as slaves for 200 years. The minister reiterated

Prime Minister Modi's concept of self-reliant and developed India and said that

the day this becomes possible, India will again become a golden bird.

Appreciating the efforts of the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath, he

said that the assembly session in Uttar Pradesh went on for 24 hours

continuously, in which it was discussed how we can move Uttar Pradesh towards

developed Uttar Pradesh. He said that the day the country's economy touches 30

trillion dollars and Uttar Pradesh's economy touches 6 trillion dollars, that

day our country and Uttar Pradesh will become a developed nation. In the

ceremony, District Panchayat President Poonam Maurya said that we have got this

independence due to the tireless struggles of our ancestors. Today in

independent India, we all are putting our views prominently. It is the

responsibility of all of us to maintain it and ensure our contribution to the

Prime Minister's developed India of 2047. In the program, ADG Varanasi Zone

Piyush Mordia welcomed the guests and said that our ancestors have made the country

independent by sacrificing. The tricolor is also a symbol of our pride which we

have achieved after a lot of struggle. He inspired people by reciting Dushyant

Kumar's poem Ho Gayi Hai Peer Parvat Si Pighalni Chahiye. District

Magistrate Satyendra Kumar gave the welcome speech. The District Magistrate

asked everyone to contribute to take the country on the path of progress. He

said that today the country has become the fourth economy of the world. In the

last ten years, development work worth more than 50,000 crores has been done in

Varanasi, roads are being built continuously, infrastructure is getting

strengthened. He asked various questions related to Independence Day and

Constitution from the children present in the program and also explained the appropriate

answers to them.

In the program,

the Cabinet Minister honored the dependent families of freedom fighters by

draping them with shawls. Asha workers and Anganwadi workers who did excellent

work in their field were also honored by giving them certificates. He also

honored the winners of various sports competitions. The minister distributed

group loans worth five lakhs under the Jan Ajeevika Mission of the Labor

Department and distributed labor cards to identified construction workers.
