(HS): On the third day of the monsoon session 2025-26, while actively

participating in the night proceedings of the Legislative Council, the members

of the Bharatiya Janata Party put forth their views on important issues related

to 'Developed India-Developed Uttar Pradesh 2047'. Discussion is going on in

the Legislative Council. Members are putting forth their views one by one.

Animal Husbandry Minister Dharampal Singh said that the golden age of politics

is going on. Modi is a Karmayogi. He said that farming and animals are

co-related. Farm income will increase with animal husbandry. Animal service is

our religion. Destitute cattle are the priority of the Yogi government. The

milk of a native cow is like nectar. There is a huge difference between the SP

and the BJP government. The Yogi government is working to protect the cattle in

cow shelters. In the SP government, the cow used to tremble on seeing the

butcher. In the Yogi government, the butchers tremble on seeing the cow.

Earlier the slogan was that the slaughtered cow calls out; the SP government

should go quickly. Now the sitting cow calls out, the Yogi government should

remain. There is a huge difference between the SP and the BJP government. Dharmpal

Singh said that the Animal Husbandry Department is moving towards progress. We

are working on breed improvement. We are providing semen of indigenous breed

cows free of cost.

Dr. Sanjay Nishad said that Uttar Pradesh is the state of nature and God.

Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi are here. He said that when Shri Ram and Nishad Raj

were friends, India was a golden bird. Later, India was attacked by invaders.

The fort of Nishad Raj was buried 30 feet below. Earlier there was a reign of

happiness. We want that the reign of happiness should come again. UP should

become the best state. Modi Yogi government is making history. Uttar Pradesh

ranks first in the country in fish production. Dr. Sanjay Nishad said that we

are people who create history. 80 percent of Nishads are landless. Reservation

is not alms. Reservation is the result of the blood of our ancestors. Our

society has fought against the British.

BJP MLC Vijay

Bahadur Pathak said that plans should be made in a phased manner to make India

developed by 2047. To make India self-reliant and developed, self-reliant

families, society and self-reliant villages will have to be created. Work will

have to be done on how Uttar Pradesh will become developed. After becoming the

Prime Minister, Narendra Modi worked on the policy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.

Today the perception about BJP has changed. The government has waived off the

loans of farmers. The BJP government is working on the concept of Antyodaya.

Mohit Beniwal said

that revolutionary change has come in the state under the Yogi and Modi

governments. The Yogi government has worked to provide water to the tail end.

There are many achievements in the field of health. The Modi government has

made the concept of self-reliant India a reality. The Modi government has given

Bharat Ratna to Chaudhary Charan Singh. For making Uttar Pradesh developed,

work has been done to double the income of farmers. A network of roads has been

built in UP. Mohit Beniwal said that to make India developed; we will have to

worry about the challenges of the future. Drug smuggling will have to be

stopped. We will have to think about protecting the environment and climate

change. Natural farming will have to be promoted. The most important thing is

that conversion is happening through deceit and temptation. If we want to keep

the coming generation safe, then there is a need to make strict laws on this.

Ramtirth Singhal

said that preparations will have to be made from now to deal with global

challenges. To make India developed, natural farming will have to be promoted.

A plan will also have to be made to stop the growing population. He said that

earlier Uttar Pradesh was known as a sick state. There was a question mark on

the face of UP. Now UP is capable of answering every question. Today we have a

leadership that can overcome the challenges. The double engine government is

working to change the picture of the state.
