24 July (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party's state
president Bhupendra Chaudhary and Deputy Chief Minister Brijesh Pathak reached
Lohia Nagar Ghaziabad on Thursday and paid their tribute to the former cabinet
minister of the state, late Rajpal Tyagi.
Paying tributes on the occasion, the BJP State President said that Rajpal Tyagi
ji was a dedicated public leader who lived a simple life, whose entire life was
dedicated to public service. His demise is an irreparable loss not only for the
region but also for the politics of the state.
Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that Rajpal Tyagi ji worked for every
section of the society during his tenure. His behaviour, leadership and policy
are still a source of inspiration for the people. We all are determined to
carry forward his ideals.
On this occasion, both the leaders prayed for the peace of the departed soul
and prayed to God to give patience and strength to the family in this hour of
grief. Chaudhary and Pathak expressed their deep condolences to the current MLA
Ajit Pal Tyagi on the loss of his father and said that the BJP family stands
with him in this hour of grief. BJP's metropolitan president Mayank Goyal was
also prominently present on this occasion.
