Mumbai, 25 July (HS):
Mumbai’s Andheri MIDC Police busted a high-profile sex racket, and arrested one
individual. The police rescued three women from a hotel, where a sex racket
was being operated and had some foreign customers. The women rescued are natives
of Vietnam.
According to police,
the sex racket was being operated at the Empire Suite Hotel near Times Square
on the Andheri-Kurla Road. Based on information police raided the hotel and
rescued three Vietnamese women. Women have been taken into custody for
enquiry. They said that they were forced into prostitution. The Hotel Manager
used to share their photographs with the customers.
Investigation into
the links of the racket has been initiated.
