01 July (HS): With the joint efforts of the teams of Municipal Corporation
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Health Department and Malaria Department, a special
communicable disease control campaign running from July 1 to July 31, 2025 was
started on Tuesday. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak flagged off the
special communicable disease control campaign.
On
the occasion of the launch of the special communicable disease control
campaign, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak said that awareness is very
important to prevent communicable diseases. Mosquito-borne diseases should be
prevented. Fogging and anti-larva spraying should be done from time to time.
Everyone should cooperate in this campaign to make the city healthy and
disease-free.
On
the occasion of the launch of the campaign in Chandralok Colony of the city,
the officials of the Municipal Corporation appealed for public support for a
healthy Lucknow, safe Lucknow. On this occasion, MLA Neeraj Bora, local
councilor Prithvi Gupta and many senior officials were present on the occasion
of the launch of the campaign.
