Mumbai, 12 June (HS): About 100 two-wheelers were

burnt to ashes following a fire that broke out in a motorcycle showroom in

Ambarnath near Kalyan on Thursday morning. Fortunately, no casualty was

reported. The firefighters brought the fire under control and are investigating

the cause of the fire.

According to police, the fire broke out in a Suzuki

showroom on the Kalyan-Ambarnath Road in the morning. None of the staff was

present when the fire broke out. Three fire tenders rushed to the site and

brought the fire under control. The cooling operation was in progress. The loss

is being estimated by the authorities.
