Bhubaneswar, 12 June (H.S.) : Leader of Opposition and former Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik expressed deep sorrow over the reported crash of the Air India flight from Ahmedabad to London, which was carrying hundreds of passengers.

In a heartfelt message posted on social media, Patnaik said, “Deeply anguished to learn about the disastrous crash of #Ahmedabad–London Air India flight with hundreds of people onboard. My thoughts and prayers are with the families deeply affected in the tragedy.”

He extended his condolences to the bereaved families and wished strength and resilience to those coping with the devastating loss.
