New Delhi, June 12 (HS): COVID-19 cases are rising in the country, with active cases now at 7,154, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. In the last 24 hours, 33 new cases emerged, and three patients died—one in Madhya Pradesh and two in Maharashtra. The recovery count is at 9,556. Almost all states show a slight increase in active cases, with Kerala reporting the most at 2,165. Other states with significant numbers include Gujarat (1,281), West Bengal (747), Delhi (731), and Maharashtra (615).
