Guwahati, 10 June (HS): On the completion of 11 years of Modi government at the Center, Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma said that India has progressed in every field. After Jawaharlal Nehru, Narendra Modi has ruled in the third term. During this time, the Prime Minister fulfilled the dream of taking the country to Amrit Kaal. This is the reason why today the country has emerged as a powerful nation in the world in the political, economic, social field as well as in the strategic field.
Said that India has left behind countries with big economies like Britain, United Kingdom, Japan and has become the fourth economy of the world. These 11 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be remembered as a golden period for service, good governance and poor welfare. During this tenure, Prime Minister Modi has given global recognition to India.
On the completion of 11 years of Modi government, the Chief Minister, on Tuesday, in a press conference with Assam government minister Jayant Mallabarua, chief spokesperson Manoj Barua, state vice-president Pallav Lochan Das at the state BJP headquarters Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan in Bashisht, Guwahati, listed the achievements of the central government. He said that Prime Minister Modi's leadership has not only given global recognition but has also made it a symbol of trust for 140 crore Indians by devoting himself to it. In the 65 years of independence, the trust of the common people towards the Congress leadership and other unstable governments which was broken, has been increased in the last 11 years by providing a leadership that is free from corruption, free from the politics of appeasement, and fulfills the concept of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
The initiative of taking the common people along has given India a distinct identity in the world. Through Operation Sindoor, the whole world has also seen India's military strength. Now, there is no tendency which was there before 2014 that India is in favor of peace. We will talk about development but if someone imposes war on India, then surgical strike and Operation Sindoor will be the answer.
The Chief Minister said that the Constitution was respected under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. For this, in 2015, the Prime Minister had announced to celebrate 26 November as Constitution Day. From 1947 to 2014, India was the 11th economy of the world. Today it has become the fourth largest economy of the world. In 2027, India will become the third largest economy of the world. ---------------
