Noida Authority on Tuesday ran a bulldozer against encroachment on the notified

area in village Sunpura. The authority has freed about 20 thousand square

meters of land from encroachment. The colonizers were trying to do illegal

construction on this land. CEO of Greater Noida Authority NG Ravi Kumar has

given instructions to take strict action against those who encroached in the

notified area. The team of the authority is continuously taking action against

the encroachers. The team of Greater Noida Authority took action in Sunpura

village on Tuesday. The authority's ACEO Prerna Singh said that the colonizers

were trying to cut an illegal colony on about 20000 square meters of land of

Khasra number--429 of village Sunpura, a notified area of ​​Greater Noida.

Notices were issued several times by the authority to stop illegal construction

without passing the map, but the colonizers were trying to do it secretly.

On Tuesday, General Manager of

Project Department AK Singh, Special Executive Officer Jitendra Gautam, Work

Circle 2 in-charge Sunny Yadav, Work Circle-7 Senior Manager Narottam Singh,

Manager Swatantra Verma, Manager Brijendra Kumar Kushwaha, Nitish Kumar,

Abhishek Pal, Vivek Kishore and other staff together carried out the demolition

action with the help of police and security personnel. The authority team

completed the action in three hours with the help of 06 JCBs and 5 dumpers. The

value of the freed land is estimated to be more than Rs 40 crore.

ACEO Prerna Singh has warned the

encroachers that Sunpura is in the notified area of ​​Greater Noida Authority.

Strict action will be taken against those who carry out illegal construction

without the permission of the authority or without getting the map passed. The

ACEO has appealed to the people to contact the authority and get complete

information before buying land anywhere in Greater Noida. Do not invest your

hard-earned money in illegal colonies.
