Mumbai, 25 Feb HS:- The Maharashtra Cabinet has
approved the proposal for opening new veterinary colleges in Baramati and
Parli. The decision was taken on Tuesday in the Cabinet meeting chaired by
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit
Pawar were present. Several important decisions were taken during the meeting including the establishment of lower civil court and Class-I Magisterial court
instead of a link court at Pound in Mulshi Tehsil of Pune District. The relocated
villages of the Irrigation Project Affected will be provided with all civic facilities.
An action plan for completion of the work will be prepared. A fund for these
villages has been earmarked.
