Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated on Saturday that the state

government will construct protective boundary walls around Baba Saheb Bhimrao

Ambedkar sculptures to prevent vandalism. On Saturday, Adityanath made the

statements while addressing Baba Saheb Ambedkar's 'Mahaparinirvaan Diwas'

(death anniversary) function in Lucknow. Today, our administration will make

another critical decision: whenever Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar monuments are

put in Uttar Pradesh, wicked people frequently come and vandalize them. They

launch harmful attacks upon them. Our administration will now erect a perimeter

wall around these sculptures to safeguard them, Adityanath stated.

Adityanath stated that if a statue does not have a roof, a canopy would be

constructed to guarantee Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar's statue is secure and

respectfully protected.

He also stated that if any slums, Dalit settlements, Scheduled Caste

settlements, or tribal settlements remain linked, the government will connect

them all. Although the Rural Development Department and the Urban Development

Department have labored to finish them, if any regions remain linked, we will

make certain that they are entirely connected, he stated.

“Wherever statues of Baba Saheb

Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar are installed in Uttar Pradesh, our government will make

arrangements for the security of those statues. Our government has decided that

within the next 1 to 2 months, the government will provide a guarantee of

minimum honorarium to every Class IV employee, sanitation worker and every

contract employee. The parties following the policy of appeasement are not only

harming India but are also insulting Baba Saheb. With the spirit of 'Sabka

Saath-Sabka Vikas', Respected Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji gave the

benefits of the schemes to every poor, deprived, Dalit, backward, woman and

every youth without any discrimination,” he remarked in a post on X.

“Participated in the special

tribute meeting organized in Lucknow today on the Mahaparinirvan Diwas of the

architect of the Indian Constitution, Bodhisattva 'Bharat Ratna' Baba Saheb Dr.

Bhimrao Ambedkar ji and paid tribute to him by garlanding his statue. Baba

Saheb's philosophy of life gives us a new inspiration and our double engine government,

inspired by those inspirations, is working tirelessly towards strengthening the

society and the nation, and restoring the glory of the Constitution of India.

Salute to the sacred memories of revered Baba Saheb,” he posted on X.

In another post on X, he stated,

“Humble tributes to the pioneer of social justice, architect of the

Constitution, and Bharat Ratna Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on

his Mahaparinirvan Diwas. Baba Saheb's thoughts, principles, and vision are the

foundation of Indian democracy. The dream Baba Saheb envisioned of building a

society based on equality, freedom, and fraternity, while fighting against the

inequality, injustice, and discrimination prevalent in society, continues to be

a guiding light for all of us.”
