13 Dec (HS): On the occasion of Manohar Parrikar's birth, Yogi Adityanath, the
chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, paid rich tributes to the former minister of
defense and four-time chief minister of Goa.
Parrikar's birthday is December 13, 1955. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath
praised Parrikar for his honesty, commitment, and simplicity, saying that his
legacy still motivates Indian politicians.
He
remarked in a post on X, “A symbol of simplicity and dedication, a popular
politician, former Defence Minister and former Chief Minister of Goa, 'Padma
Bhushan' Manohar Parrikar, on his birth anniversary, humble tributes to him.
His dedication, honesty, and hard work inspire us to remain steadfast on the
