Jalaun, 09 July (HS): Bharatiya Janata Party's State General

Secretary (Organization) Dharampal Singh, while addressing the booth president

conference held at Jagriti Hotel, Orai, Jalaun on Thursday, explained

booth-level micromanagement and gave the mantra of social engineering.

Addressing the meeting, Dharampal said that strong booth structure and

efficient booth management will form the basis of the BJP's assured victory.

The role of booth president is extremely important at the center of the

strategy for the 2027 assembly elections. Their activism, consistency, and

goal-oriented work style will transform every outcome into victory.

State General Secretary Organization Dharampal Singh said

that regular meetings should be held at every booth. The meeting agenda should

be pre-determined and a register should be maintained. Along with reviewing

campaigns and programs, the upcoming action plan should be discussed. To ensure

that all party programs and campaigns are completed effectively at every booth,

it is necessary to activate booth committees. Each officer and member should be

assigned responsibilities according to their capacity and capability. At the

booth level, officers, workers, public representatives and senior leaders

should all be made part of the action plan. Along with the resolution of

My booth, the strongest, there should also be a sense of healthy

competition among booth presidents.

Emphasizing the need to connect new workers and supporters

to the party, he said that the central government, led by Prime Minister

Narendra Modi, and the state government, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath,

must reach every household with public welfare schemes. Our goal should be to

strengthen the booths through continuous dialogue, contact, and service work

with every section of society. He clarified that strong booths are the

foundation of the BJP's electoral success.

He called on all booth presidents to implement every program

set by the organization with complete dedication, discipline, and commitment. A

BJP worker is synonymous with hard work and can achieve any outcome through

their dedication. The State General Secretary of the Organization stated that

today's booth president can become a Mandal president, District president,

State president, or National president in the future, and this opportunity is

only possible within the BJP. Finally, he made all workers pledge to make their

booths ideal booths. He expressed confidence that the BJP will again receive a

resounding mandate in 2027, thanks to the hard work, dedication, and

well-organized management of booth-level workers. Present on the occasion were
