
Lucknow, 09 July (HS): Uttar Pradesh Minister of State
(Independent Charge) for Home Guards and Civil Defense, Dharmveer Prajapati,
held a review meeting with departmental officials at the Home Guards
Headquarters on Thursday. He thoroughly reviewed the progress of departmental
work, quality of service, and public welfare projects. He also discussed
preparations for the upcoming massive tree-planting campaign on July 12 and
provided necessary guidelines.
Prajapati discussed in detail the Chief Minister's decision
to connect Home Guard volunteers, honorary officers, and their dependent
families with the Home Guard Cashless Medical Scheme. He said that this
initiative is a strong example of the government's sensitive commitment to the
health and safety of our dedicated Home Guard families. On behalf of the
department, he expressed his heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the Chief
Minister for this public welfare scheme and his continued guidance.
Principal Secretary Home Guard Rajesh Kumar, Director
General of Police Home Guard D.K. Thakur, Inspector General of Police Home
Guard Dharamveer, Inspector General Santosh Kumar and other departmental
officers were present in the meeting.
