Aditya Narayan became Employee of Month for June 2026
Prayagraj, 28 July (HS): A high-level safety review meeting
held at the North Central Railway Headquarters under the chairmanship of
General Manager Naresh Pal Singh on Monday. The meeting was attended by the
Principal Heads of Departments, Divisional Railway Managers, and senior
divisional officers. The primary objective of the meeting was to ensure strict
adherence to safety guidelines across all ongoing construction and maintenance
projects. During the meeting, General Manager Naresh Pal Singh honoured 17
railway employee from the Prayagraj, Jhansi, and Agra divisions with 'Safety
Awards' for the months of June 2026.

During the meeting, Aditya Narayan (Assistant Loco Pilot/
New Kanpur) of the Prayagraj Division specially recognized and honored as
'Employee of the Month’ for June 2026, in appreciation of his outstanding
contributions.
Addressing the meeting, the General Manager emphasized:
No short cut when safety is concerned. He issued strict
instructions to all concerned officers and field supervisors to ensure 100%
implementation of prescribed safety standards at all active construction and
track maintenance sites.
Key directives issued by the General Manager during the
meeting:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Work Sites: Use of
safety helmets, high-visibility jackets, safety shoes, and safety harnesses is
strictly mandatory for all employees and site workers.
Regular Field Inspections: Field officers have been directed
to personally visit construction sites, evaluate existing safety arrangements,
and take immediate corrective measures if any laxity is detected.
Safety Signage & Barricading: Provision of clear safety
signage, proper physical barricading, and adequate illumination/lighting during
night work must be strictly ensured in construction zones.
