Lucknow, 28 July (HS): The Uttar Pradesh Education Service

Selection Commission has declared the final selection results for a total of

2,982 posts across 14 subjects under Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Recruitment

Advertisement No. 01/2022. Commission Chairman Dr. Prashant Kumar stated that

the results were released with complete transparency and following a systematic

process.

He stated that written examinations for a total of 3,539

posts in 15 subjects were held on June 3 and 4, 2026. Based on the written

examination results, one and a half times the number of candidates were

declared successful for document verification on June 30, 2026. Now, under Rule

12(8) of the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board Rules,

1998, the final selection results for 14 subjects have been declared.

These include Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Science,

Urdu, Physical Education, Agriculture, Music Singing, Music Playing, Biology,

Home Science, Sanskrit, Commerce and Arts. Candidates can check their results,

subject-wise and category-wise cut-offs and marks on the Commission's official

website https://upesc.up.gov.in/ Candidates will be able to check their marks

for a week by entering their roll number and date of birth. The institution

allocation of selected candidates will be done on the basis of preference order

under Rule 12(10) of the Rules.

The final result for the 557 English subject positions has

not yet been declared, as a petition number 979/2026 challenging the final

answer key is pending in the High Court. The English result will be declared

after the court's decision.
