Kushinagar, 11 July (HS): In the program organized for the
inauguration and foundation stone laying of various development projects
costing more than Rs. 525 crore in Kushinagar district, Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath invoked respect the Hindus and warned that double-engine government
does not tolerate hooliganism. “If anyone disrupts the festivities or creates a
disturbance, this government deals with them strictly,” he said.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a direct attack on
the opposition on Saturday while inaugurating and laying the foundation stone
for 464 projects worth Rs. 525 crore in the Kushinagar, Ramkola Hata assembly
constituency, targeting them on issues of development and law and order. He
said that the previous government had no intentions or policies. Their thinking
was paralyzed, making any talk of development meaningless.
During this, while addressing the public meeting organized
in Tekuatar, he attacked SP and said that earlier there used to be riots on
festivals in Uttar Pradesh, now there is no curfew, no riot, all is well in UP.
Referring to the theft of offerings without Ram temple, he said that how can
those who occupied the temples think about Ayodhya, Kashi and Mathura. Those
who are showing us the mirror on religious faith today should look at their own
faces. Chief Minister Yogi, citing the example of childhood snatched away from
innocent children and death of Musahars due to encephalitis in Kushinagar, put
the previous governments in the dock and said that now childhood is snatched
away due to encephalitis and no one dies of hunger in the state. Now there is
talk of development along with housing, electricity, gas connection, treatment
and employment. When 'these people' were in power, the Musahar community would
die writhing in hunger, children would fall prey to encephalitis...We have
given our children a bright and secure future. We are preparing to connect
Kushinagar with Jewar. We are also going to connect with 'Gaya Ji'.
Flights to start soon from Kushinagar, connecting Gaya and
Jewar: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that due to the global turmoil
caused by the West Asia crisis, new aircraft could not arrive, preventing
flights from Kushinagar International Airport. Flights will resume soon,
connecting Gaya and Jewar. The government is fully committed.
Diara will get a bridge worth Rs 800 crore: Chief Minister
Yogi Adityanath, blaming previous governments for the plight of the Diara
villages across the Narayani, said that the DPR is being prepared. A Rs. 800
crore bridge will soon be built across the Narayani. All Diara villages will be
connected to the mainstream of development. Our government's vision is to
develop the last person, and we are working on this honestly.
